I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy for adults, babies and children in Frome and the surrounding areas of Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and BaNES.

This is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s natural rhythms, supporting the nervous system and allowing space for deep rest and repair.

Each session is led by what your body needs, at a pace that feels comfortable and supported.

Timing
Your first session lasts around 60-75 minutes. We’ll begin by talking through your reasons for coming and a brief medical history before the treatment.

Follow-up sessions are one hour.

Pricing
Sessions are £50.
I also offer a small number of lower-cost spaces for anyone who may be struggling financially, as well as a low-cost baby clinic. Feel free to get in touch if this would be helpful.

Ongoing Support
Some people come for a single session, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. The spacing between sessions is very individual—from weekly to every few months. We will work this out together.

Location

Appointments will take place in my space at 1 Church St, Frome (above quirky interior shop, James Gaunt). Please note the practice space does not currently have disability access and I am on the first floor.

If you have particular needs, I may be able to offer home visits (for newly postpartum mums and babies or those with additional needs or disabilities).
